Company History

Ndallahwa and Company was established in 1986 as an auditing and consultancy firm catering for small, medium and large organizations. Since 1986 the company has provided auditing services, accounting services, management and human resource consultancy, financial and banking consultancy, taxation services and tax planning consultancy and recruitment and training consultancy. In 1989 the company merged with Dlamini and Berkoh Company and the new company was formed under the registered name as Dlamini Ndallahwa and company. In 1991 Dlamini Ndallahwa and company merged with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Joseph Ndallahwa was appointed partner of Price Waterhouse, Swaziland. In 1996 Mr. Joseph Ndallahwa decided to establish his own company which was registered under the original firm Ndallahwa and Company.
